• Tiling: Reception/Living/Dining areas feature cut-to-size high-end European marble; Bedrooms feature engineered parquet; Bathrooms feature high-end European marble
• Woodworks: Main entrance door is made from fire-rated wood finish French oak; Interior doors are made from French oak veneer; Kitchen cabinets are Alno, Poliform (Varenna) or equivalent
• Ironmongery: Vali and Vali, Durable or equivalent
• Painting: High-quality, low VOC putty and paint used – Guittet, Johnston, Tinol or equivalent
• Motorized roller shades: Bedrooms feature Hunter Douglas, Smith + Noble or equivalent, while operating motors are Somfy, Elero, Simu or equivalent
